Send orders to a supplier, dropshipping partner or carrier the moment they reach the status you choose — no manual copy-paste, no spreadsheet exports — then let the module track them back for you. Build the payload with a visual field mapper and preview it against a real order; from there on, every export is automatic, and as each supplier ships, the module creates the native Magento shipment — with tracking — on its own.

What it does
Automatic export triggered by an order status change (e.g. "Processing") — no manual steps
Unlimited profiles: one per supplier, dropshipping partner or carrier, each with its own destination and rules
Three delivery channels per profile: REST API (Basic or Bearer auth), FTP/SFTP, or a local pickup file
Three output formats: JSON, XML or CSV, chosen independently for each profile
Visual field mapping with a live preview on a real order, before the profile is ever activated
Repeat blocks to build nested arrays (for example one entry per order item), each with its own field mapping
Optional per-field "Number" transform, to send a real number instead of a quoted database string — only where you choose it, so leading zeros in codes and postcodes are never touched by mistake
Automatic deduplication: the same order is never exported twice by the same profile
Unified per-order log with the full export and tracking history side by side — request and response included — and a one-click "Force resend"
Failure notification emails that include the exact error message returned by the destination system, not just a generic HTTP status
Nested AND/OR trigger conditions on product attributes (same tree-style builder as Magento's own Cart Price Rules) — run several profiles side by side for different suppliers, each one automatically picking only the order rows that belong to it
Automatic tracking import: after an order is exported, the module polls your supplier and creates native Magento shipments as items ship — no manual shipment creation
Correct partial shipments when one order is split across several suppliers — each supplier ships and is tracked independently, so an order can gain several shipments over time, each attributed to the right supplier
A "Track your package" customer email with a clickable link whenever the supplier returns a trackable URL — even for a carrier Magento doesn't recognise natively
Supplier order reference captured automatically on every export attempt, success or failure — so tracking works even when the order already existed on the supplier's side
The tracking email tells full from partial: it recognises whether a shipment completes the order or covers only part of it (e.g. one supplier out of several), and adjusts its wording accordingly instead of always saying "your order"
Fully translated, in 7 languages
The profile admin, the mapping builder and every notification email are available in:
English Italiano Español Français Deutsch Português Nederlands
Magento automatically shows the module in whichever language each admin user has configured — no setup needed.
From export to delivery: automatic tracking import
Exporting the order is only half the job. Once an order is out to your supplier, the module keeps polling for its shipment status on a schedule you set, and turns whatever the supplier reports into real, native Magento shipments — nobody has to open the order and create a shipment by hand.
Automatic polling → native shipments. On each run the module asks your supplier which items have shipped and creates a native Magento shipment, with its tracking number, for exactly those items — reusing the same conditions that decide which items belong to that profile in the first place.
Correct partial shipments, per supplier. When one order carries items from several suppliers, or a supplier ships in more than one wave, each check only ships the items actually reported as shipped at that moment, never beyond what is still left to ship — so an order naturally ends up with several partial shipments over time, each attributed to the right supplier. That is the intended behaviour, not a glitch.
A tracking link your customer can actually click. If the supplier returns a clickable tracking URL, your customer gets an email with a "Track your package" button instead of the bare Magento email that would show only a number, with no working link for a carrier Magento doesn't recognise natively. When the supplier gives only a number, the standard native email is used, unchanged.
Every check is recorded next to the export attempts in one per-order log, so a single page tells you what was sent to each supplier and what has shipped so far.
A typical profile, end to end
An example of a REST API profile in JSON format — the same three steps apply to FTP/SFTP and local-file profiles, and to XML/CSV output.
1. Choose the trigger and the destination. Pick the order status that starts the export (e.g. "Processing"), then the channel (REST API here) and its credentials/URL.
2. Map the fields, with a live preview. Drag order fields onto the payload, add a repeat block for the item list, and see the exact JSON that a real order would produce — for example:
3. Save and forget. From then on, every order that reaches the chosen status is exported automatically. The log records every attempt, and a failure triggers a notification email with the real error message included.

Changelog
Current version: v1.6.0
v1.6.0New
In roles, the Export Profiles and Log checkboxes, without giving Configuration.
Whoever has only Log sees the module entry and lands straight on the Log.
Whoever already opened the module keeps access after the update.
v1.5.1New
It accepts the subscription key: one subscription activates this module along with the others.
Single-module licences keep working exactly as before.
v1.5.0New
Every exported order asks the supplier about its own status, instead of a date window.
The request is built from a guided grid, with a preview and a button that makes a real test call.
The mapping dropdowns fill themselves from the fields present in the reply.
Several tracking numbers per shipment, a minimum wait between calls, and expired orders flagged.
Existing profiles update by themselves.
v1.4.8New
Automatic tracking import: shipments appear as the supplier sends the goods.
An order split between suppliers gets each supplier's shipment attributed properly.
The customer gets a button to follow the parcel instead of a bare number.
The log is one page per order, with exports and tracking side by side.
v1.3.0New
The old on-off switch becomes nestable conditions on product attributes.
Several profiles in parallel, one per supplier, each taking only its own lines from the same order.
Manual export runs every enabled profile in one click.
A profile whose conditions match nothing leaves an outcome, not a silence.
v1.2.0Maintenance
The admin interface (profiles, mapping builder, log, and every notification email) is now fully translated, in 7 languages.
v1.1.0 – v1.1.1New
New Number transform per field, for numeric values.
The preview warns when items are excluded by a filter.
Error emails carry the exact message the destination sent back.
